I'm not receiving all my text messages. My husband and I text each other back and forth over his work break, but I missed about half of his texts. A few came through later and were delayed, but most never arrived. He got all my texts, though. He's not on Verizon. What can I do to try to fix this? I already changed from my home wifi signal to 4G which didn't seem to help. Thanks.
text problems are near impossible to fix..
you can call vzw and have them open a ticket..
