Seems like people are having minor glitches with their razrs. I've had a few but nothing serious. I've had mine for 3 weeks now and still I still love it as much as the day I took it out of the box (cool box by the way). I understand that some of you are having some minor issues and want to get them resolved, but (nothing personal here), I was getting tired of not seeing any positive feedback about our great phone. In the first week I had mine I thought about exchanging it for the rezound, but glad I didn't. The more I play with this phone, the more I discover. Camera is awsome, call quality and sound awesome, smart actions are awesome, motoprint awesome, HDMI mirroring exceptionally awesome, moto blur almost nonexistent awesome, motocast awesome. No 720p screen like the rezound, but outside in sunlight side by side the razr is champ hands down even on low brightness. All in all I find the experience with this phone to very pleasant and I'm glad I stayed with it over the rezound. What do ya'll think? Glad you kept it or wish you would have switched to something else?
A video I made of the mirroring is attached if anyone is interested.

I totally agree! I was waiting (and waiting and waiting...) for the Galaxy Nexus and finally decided to just get the RAZR. Man am I glad!!! I love this phone and wouldn't trade it for a GN. All the things you mention packed into something so small I can slip it in a pocket and have it with me all the time.
I also have not had any problems with it. My battery life has been great - I am using Juice Defender, but depending on what version you want that's anywhere from free to $5 which is not a big deal. I'm very happy with the camera and the call quality and coverage is phenomenal! I live right by Lake Michigan so there's no towers to the west and only one that I know of to the east (at least til you go further in). My old phone couldn't get a call or text literally half the time. Now I have phone/text coverage all the time plus I'm in a 4G area . I'm not sure why the phone coverage is so much better since they were both on Verizon network but I guess it's just that the Motorola has better radios? Anyway, I'm loving this phone too!

Glad your battery is doing better, but as an fyi, you do not need to "condition" lithium ion batteries. It's actually worse for them to run them down and then charge them up as opposed to popping them on a charger every chance you get. They do not have memory like older batteries and are adversely affected by heat, so smaller more frequent charges are the best. You can read more at Battery University if you like. FoxKat has also written several good posts, including

Nice video review bebeau25 - more so because you're close to my neck of the woods AND you have Weim's!
By the looks of the notification area, your phone isn't charging from the HDMI port, correct? That's something I'd wondered about.
Likewise +1 to the great comments on the Razr everyone. I am astoiunded by this phone and frankly I'd gotten a little blase after going through so many phones - but this one is a powerhouse!

You are correct, the hdmi cable does not charge the phone, but I was surprised how little the battery drains. I've watched 2 hr movies and only lost half my battery due to the screen not being on, I assume. I've been looking into getting the dock, and I believe that it charges and mirrors at the same time. Do you also have Weim's? They are a great family dog, very smart and very friendly.
