I got it this morning in Central New York...it's really very nice! I don't know if there was truth to the idea that they were rolling out according to MEID, but I did purchase my RAZR (not maxx) on the first day it was available to the public...But from where I am sitting I can finally and truthfully say that it is DEFINITELY rolling out...

Yes, me too. It is frustrating that the website says there are two ways to get the download, when really there is only one. One of the ways it says to get the download is by OTA User Initiated, but to do that you have to hit the Check for Updates button and hope that it says Download Available, which up until now my phone has said "Your phone is up to date." So really, you have to just wait until they send out the update to you because there is no way to pull it down like they suggest. If it was available, you would think that they would notify you it was available before you had to hit the Update button.

It took approximately an hour on my Razr and most of that was configuration, the d/l wasn't long. There is MUCH configuration after the initial reboot - then it was about 24 hours and my market apps updated - about 20 of them.

One thing I'm certain of is that it's not based on region. Just seeing the reports of who got it and where they are makes that obvious.

From what I have been reading here and at other sites the "rollout" must be like a nationwide lottery
