That's why they Soak Testers it Goes out to a Few thousand Users and i'd say some Employees and if the Ok is given to release they release it. But there will be bugs no matter how good they try to get it. Gingerbread had it's flaws and So Does Microsoft.. So all i can tell is Hang in there and there will be a Maintenance update to Address this one..

I think it is time for all of us to start complaining to the consumer bureau. We are paying for a service we are not getting. No company should be allowed to get away with that. I have had email problems for over a month. I will fix it, it works for a while and then stops.

I got ICS on both of my Maxx's and so far No issues) you might Try a System Cache Clear or a Factory Reset i did and it maid my Maxx that i updated last month work a Little Better. I done just the Factory Reset not the Internal Storage or the SD card but as i Indicated it helped my Maxx) Good Luck b
