Prior to ICS all I had to do was make sure wifi was off, connect to my laptop via usb and tether away. Now the checkmark on tethering doesn't stay lit and I am unable to connect.
FYI I was told I should not have been able to tether prior to ICS, but I did it easily. Was I just lucky before or am I missing something?
Perhaps there was a hole that allowed you to tether before ICS and the update closed the hole.
Either way: "You didn't have to cuuuuuuuut me offffff..."
