I recently did a factory reset and now my phone vibrates when I use the lock screen. I've managed to turn off vibrate for most other things (typing, ringing, touching most anything), but I can't find how to change this.
Most places seem to think it's in Security, but I can't find it there.
Without knowing what phone model you have, I can't offer a specifically tailored suggestion, but one general suggestion you can try is disabling haptic feedback if that's an option on your device.
Since the question was asked in the DROID Turbo space, it is quite likely the OP has a DROID Turbo.
To the OP, try Settings > Sounds & Notifications > Other Sounds and turning off the Screen Locking Sounds. This is the steps on my own Moto phone and should be similar or the same on the DROID Turbo.
