How do you silence the Droid start up on a RAZR M?

I was able to turn off the start up sound on my Droid X.  It would still vibrate on start up, which I liked.

Great question, bgreenen!

If the device is already set to vibrate/silent then the start up audio will also be muted. There is no permanent shut off for the alert.
