You can connect the phone to your computer via the USB cable and 'drag and drop' copies of .mp3s to the phone's Ringtones folder (on the internal storage). Or if you have the .mp3s on the SD card, use a file manager app like ES File Explorer File Manager - Android Apps on Google Play to put copies of the .mp3s in the Ringtones folder.
