How do I get the phone icon back on my device?

I deleted my phone receiver pic off of my phone and now I can't answer calls. How do I put it back?

Tap the Apps icon at the bottom of the home screen; scroll to the Phone app, long-press it, and drag it to where you want it on your home screen, then let go.
