HELP!!!!!!!!!!

     I need help, my droid razr WILL NOT turn on, (yes it is charged) i was on the phone and when the call ended, my phone went black and I don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!!

Soft Reset - Hold the Volume Down and the Power button for about 10 seconds and see if it reboots the phone.

OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I was having the same problem and the stores are all closed where I am at! This worked after my phone has not worked all day!!! Thank you thank you thank you!

Hmm I have always been holding power button+ up volume.... Guess it works both ways.

  It is not supposed to work, but then again, I have never tried it.
