My 4G LTE "bug" icon stays lit and I can't turn the phone off or on and I cannot make or receive calls.  It's like frozen.

Have you tried holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds and see if that reboots the phone?

O wow that's awful if you can't get it to work using tiki's method you may half too take a trip to your Local store and have a Rep flash the phone and see if it will clear the issue if doesn't you may have to get a replacement if it's locked up really bad..

Let's unfreeze that phone! Having a working phone is definitely a must!
