Is there a way to delete names and phone numbers from the Favorites list without having to eliminate them from Contacts. Also, my voice mail icon always shows (0) even though there are new messages in Voice Mail. Any suggestions. Thanks.
You can delete contacts from your Favorites list by opening the contact from Favorites, then pressing the star in the upper right-hand corner.

Also, go into the visual voicemail settings, select the check for new message option within Visual Voice Mail, or after all your current visual voice mail are read, the feature will sync with the network and reflect all your messages.
