One more thing I just thought about, when you pair PC with Device are you accepting the pair request on the pc (Right Corner) and phone (Pull down notification status bar)?

I just ran through the instructions. It appeared that the drivers had successfully updated but the two devices still would not connect. I decided to double check my installation of Windows Mobile Device Center by doing another install. It ended with a message that drivers had not successfully installed – device unplugged. That tells me that the application is not recognizing my Rocketfish Bluetooth Adapter.
I went to the Rocketfish web site and found updates. I have downloaded them (huge downloads.) I will reboot my computer and then see what I’ve got.

I’m officially giving up. Everything looked great but files wouldn’t transfer from phone to computer.

Have you right click icon in corner and select "Receive a File" and leave window open before sending file?

“Receive a File” is not one of the options. They connect and the computer shows a message saying it’s receiving a file but usually it fails and I get an “error consult your administrator” message or something similar. It’s doing a variety of strange things but I did notice that one (out of three) of my attempts to send a file was successful.

Mine gave same error if I did not right click the Bluetooth icon and select the option to receive file and allowed the recieve window to be open.
