Exchange contact and calendar do not sync with cell phone

I run Android ver 4.0.4 on Droid RAZR Maxx.

Touch down synced very well but consumed too much power, I needed to remove it.

I now use the exchange mail application. Mai lis sync ok however neither contacts nor calendar get sync. Please advise.

Check the sync settings.  Settings > Accounts & Sync > touch the exchange email account > verify that the contacts and Calendar are set to sync
