Droid Razr Maxx Seems To Be A Great Phone
Not applicable

I received my new Droid Razr Maxx yesterday morning, and so far, it seems to be a great phone.  The only issue I have found so far is the "known issue" with the hotspot feature.  Using the hotspot, I am able to connect to many websites, but not others.  Supposedly, this will be resolved by mid-February.  I hope so.  The on-board USB tethering works fine, but requires Windows Vista or Windows 7.  The battery life is great.  I charged it overnight in the Multimedia Media Dock and have been messing with it since 8 am this morning.  The battery is at 80 percent after almost 6 hours.  As far as I know, I have not lost the 4G signal once.  I did 12 speed test and the highest I got, sitting in my den, is 23669 kbps down and 12460 up.  The best ping is 43.  Average speeds are slightly less.  So far, there is nothing about this phone I don't like except the hotspot issue.

Work with me here. Why in the world does someone buy a new phone with "known issues" that doesn't even have ICS?
