My screen died last night and contacted customer support. They are sending me a new phone. It won't be here until Tuesday. Can I reactivate my old phone on the same acount and not incur any other charges? Do I acitivate or switch and then switch back when the new phone gets here?
You should be okay. Nothing in your plan should change since you are going from one smartphone to another. If anything says otherwise, call customer service to help you out.
The trick might be later. You will have to call customer service from another phone and have them help you reactivate the 4G LTE SIM card. The card will deactivate when you activate a 3G CDMA only smartphone like your old DROID Incredible on your line.
