I dropped my phone last night and it tumbled down the stairs..it had the otterbox on, but the phone looks damaged..it won't turn on all the way, it wont ring, but my text message alert keeps going off..I need help..I did the shut down process, but it still is not working
Have you less than 14 days? with that case it should have protected it: But it could depend on how far down and how fast it Tumbled.

Did you do a soft reset on it? Hold down the Volume Down key and the Power button at the same time for about 10 seconds.
neither water or getting dropped are good for electronics, even in a protective, case good luck.
