Unlike GB, My phone will not maintain a disabled or unchecked Media profile.
I do not want A2DP to funcion when connected in my car's system. I only want to use the Voice profile.
Even with the media profile unchecked, phone will revert back to "connected"
The Voice profile works fine in car, but I can no longer use apps that I would like to hear sound from the phone speaker. (Navigation)
The only way to use and hear Navigation in my vehicle is to completely turn off BlueTooth.
This problem is not specific to my vehicle as there are numerous people in vehicle manufacturers specific forums.
Does anyone know of any way to completely disable A2DP as I'm getting sick of shutting off Bluetooth whenever I would like to hear Navigation directions.
