Thanks for confirming that for us. Let's keep working on this for you. Have you verified the software is fully up to date on your phone? http://spr.ly/6587BHKUX Additionally, will it only not connect to your home Wi-Fi or all Wi-Fi's? Keep us posted. Thanks!

Only my home Wi-Fi. And yes it is up to date. It is also not holding the
charge like it used to. I'm ready to get rid of it not.

Hello lampg. I'm glad to hear that your software is up to date. Let's keep working on this for you. Next, please: http://spr.ly/6586BHpkG; S
The second step is to turn off the router (or unplugg). Give it 1 minute with it unplugged before you plug it back in. Then plug the router back in & attempt to connect again to the Wi-Fi. Keep us posted. Thanks.

This didn't work. My phone disconnected from the wifi and I had to turn it
off and turn it back on in order for it to connect again.

When I called tech support they said I could replace the phone if they
couldn't figure out the problem.

Okay, so today I tried one of the recommended solutions mentioned in this
forums. I put the phone in airplane mode them switched it back and it
connected to my WiFi. I guess this is better than turning my phone off, but
I shouldn't have to do this at all.

Just tried it and it worked this time. But let's see for how long. Like you said why should we have to do this in the first place. Thanks

For the first time in a while, my phone connected to my Wi-Fi on its own.
Let's see if continues.
