I am having the same issue with my droid Maxx. I have tried safe mode... Factory data reset.. Power the phone off and on and it continues to be a HUGE problem. WiFi won't work, Bluetooth won't work, and my phone power cycles randomly. I Am also frustrated because I want to use WiFi to stream my music and videos! This all started happening after the most recent update!! PLEASE FIX!!!!!!! I don't want a replacement phone!!!!
I can understand how frustrated you are with your phone not working correctly, AMB3! If you have factory reset the device, and these issues persist, the next step would normally be to replace. Is there any physical or liquid damage to the phone? How long have you owned this device?
