They either cut out or sound really far away or tinny. This phone is just a week old and has been doing this from day one. When I had a similar issue with my old Droid X, they suggested to dial *228 and upgrade my roaming capabilities. When that didn't work, they had me do a factory reset. Obviously, I don't want to do this if I don't have to. Suggestions?
Oh, is anyone else having problems getting thru to customer or tech support? I get a fast busy signal or, "Your call didn't go thru."
I just got the ICS upgrade, so going to see if that helps.
