yes I totally feel giped. Verizon pulled a fast one on us by pushing this phone knowing it had major issues. The Max may not fix the software bugs, but it would be nice not to have to run from charger to charger all day.

Thank You!
Its nice to hear from someone who actually OWNS THE PHONE, and feels my
pain. I understand that phone models come out all the time but, to make one
modle and then upgrade it 2 months later is a slap in the face considering
that were locked into 2 year agreements.

You are locked into a 2 year contract because you chose the phone you have in your hands and chose to have it subsidized. No one forced you to sign the agreement or take the subsidization. I could have got the Razr at a penny, but I opted not to. I ended up waiting for the Galaxy Nexus.

Yes it is my fault! Next time instead of trusting Motorola to release a
good product the first time, I will spend days researching upcoming
phone rumors on the internet. I will hire a crack team of MIT underlings to
do my bidding! Maybe go to a physic and hire a Cell Phone Whisperer to give
me some insight onto the next generation of Motorola phones. lol
Seriously it was sneaky for them to release a product and then revise it
two months later, I just posted this on VERSZON WIRELESS website because
many people have been having the same problems I have had and YOU DONT GET
ANYTHING DONE BY BEING QUIET!

OK did you miss what happened with the Droid X to the X2 and even worse thing Bionic getting advertised as one device and basically came out after a long wait it was released almost as a twin of the X2 with some modifications... It becoming a ongoing pattern for all their devices..
But when all is said and done, that is the fun of the electronic market...

Sensation, Sensation XL, and the Amaze... All pretty much the same device as well with slight differences.

That is so true, its how thing work these days.... The TB is the EVO without HDMI out port... It cheaper for manufacture to build a new device with parts from a previous model because they dont have to develop and test as much plus dont have to pay anyone to engineer the product.
We getting left overs.
