I got the droid Razr update that was sent out on 12/24/2012 Now it messed up my phone really bad I wont this replased for a new phone and that update should have not been sent out of jelly bean it has a lot of bugs in it. What is Verizon going to do about this
You should call the 800 number to get help. They will replace you phone for you. That happened to me with the Droid X a few years ago with a update. They replaced the phone no problems.
