Can't send or receive picture messages.

I haven't been able to receive or send picture messages for 2 days now. My 2 year old had my phone like she does every day and now I'm not sure what happened but I can't send or receive picture messages anyone else experiencing this problem? I have the Droid Maxx. I've cleared the cache I can't get it to work.
