Ever since the last automatic update on my phone (RAZR M), the call volume stays the same no matter how many times I press the volume key up or down. I'm usually pressing it DOWN, because it's way too loud for my taste. It's so loud it almost sounds like it's on speaker, but it's not. This is driving me nuts, and of course it's impossible to have a private conversation. I can control ringtone, key tones, and just about every other sound, but not the volume of the person's voice I hear on the phone. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks!
