In response to my previous thread, technical support said I had to download the new Yahoo app as Yahoo is making changes. I did a test email and it worked. However, 30 minutes later when I went to check my email again, I received the same error message. I turned the phone off and on and now it's dead. I called Verizon back and they couldn't get the phone to do a master reboot. Nothing works. I'm getting a new Razr tomorrow. I'll give this phone one more chance and if I have problems again, I'm switching to an IPhone. By the way I've had my Droid Razr Maxx for only 3 weeks.
