What a great question pupy00725!
When you are looking to take a picture with your Droid Razr, is the camera not focusing at all or is it focusing but the pictures are blurry?
When the camera is launched, and you are focused in on an object, does the screen adjust?
Has the Razr camera ever focused since you have had it?
You can go Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>Select All (at the top)>scroll down to Camera
Once you are in there clear data. When you go back to take a picture, is it still not able to focus?

I am having the same problem...to answer your questions, in my case.....
When you are looking to take a picture with your Droid Razr, is the camera not focusing at all or is it focusing but the pictures are blurry? It focuses but the pictures are blurry....like it loses focus once I snap the picture.
When the camera is launched, and you are focused in on an object, does the screen adjust? The screen does adjust.
Has the Razr camera ever focused since you have had it? No, it seems this problem has been since the beginining. Some pictures do turn out though but most don't.
You can go Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>Select All (at the top)>scroll down to Camera
I didn't do this because I did not know if it would erase my pictures.

This might sound like a stupid question... Did you make sure you took off the shipping film? A friend of mine did this once lol. It took him about 2 weeks to realize it.

Also do you move the phone when you hear the "snap" sound or do you give it a second or two after?
