Calls go right to voicemail Droid Rzr HD *help needed*

Hi,

I have seen other posts on this but those solutions do not seem to work for me. I have tried *73 and still no go. I have powered it off and removed sim let it sit for about 5 mins and reinserted and powered back on. Still the calls (any calls) go directly to voicemail. (about a half a ring if that)

This is happening for the past few weeks. I didn't add any apps or anything. The phone is a droid razr HD. zip code 01810

Please advise on any other suggestions... thank you kindly in advance.
