Caller Name ID App may have disabled my Phone

I recently purchased the Droid Turbo

Today My phone rang once, when I went to check who had called, the Caller Name ID app was on the screed asking if I wanted to add the caller to my contacts list.

I answered no, now I cannot receive or make any calls or text on my phone.  It first stated that I had no network, did the soft reset and now it is saying that I do not have a SIM card.

Any tips to fix this?

I disabled the caller name I'd. Then rejoiced the Sim card. It is working now

Have you tried reseating the SIM card?  In other words, turn off the phone, remove the SIM card (be careful not to touch the gold contacts), wait a few minutes, then reinsert the SIM card, turn the phone back on, and let it establish a fresh network connection.
