I can not log into my account online since it says I am not registered, which is not true because I have signed it serval times before. CALL ME PLEASE 803-487-9628. I am so frustrated with my caller ID not working and I do not want to call in for the 5th time and wait forever. Please look at the notes on my account regarding the ongoing issue. Last few weeks all calls were coming up UNKNOWN. That is now fixed, however now when I call anyone I COME UP UNKNOWN to them. Why can't this be fixed for good. I want credit on my account for all the time I have waisted with tech support while I myself am working 10 hours a day. CALL ME!
