Blocked Phone Numbers

I discovered yesterday that my wife's number is blocked on my phone.  She can get through with the *67 (?) in front of the number.   I missed a very important call from her yesterday.

Does anybody know what this could be?

she's blocked in your myverizon pc/mac account.

I actually checked that. There are no numbers on the list. I called

Verizon and they need her to call them so they can check it out. Thanks

she doesn't do the blocking, you do & i'm wasn't aware that cs can get into that part of the myverizon account.

Yeah, the strange thing is that she can text just fine and leave

messages but when she calls, and only she, it goes right to voice mail.

So maybe she is actually blocked but something else.

What ever it is, it's very aggravating.

I finally got Verizon on the phone. I had my phone, my wife's phone,

and I was talking on my son's phone. While on the phone with Verizon my

son thought of deleting my wife's contact from my phone. It turned out

that the contact was corrupt or something. It works fine now. Case

closed.
