I have ICS, haven't had any problems so far. I'm still learning about all of the things it can do. Maybe you just have a bad phone.

I like the new bottom row in it's entirety. I used to fiddle with the most common apps I use all the time. I would move icons on pages to either side of the home screen. Now I just "Stack" them.

@Duewester - that one of my favorite changes they've made. Simple but very effective!

I have to tell you I updated our Razr Maxx to ICS and have had NO issues at all with it. Battery life is the same or better (once I stopped exploring). Responsivness is better, the Camera is faster and very few to no Data Drops.

Oh I'm not complaining. It just is what it is. If they don't come out with the I.C.S. patch soon enough I'll get an Incredible 4G or something. VZW has been, overall, a good company and I (usually)have very good success if I do need support which is rare.

I totally agree.  The guy at Verizon who responded to my question basically was having the same problems with his Droid RAZR.  Extremely short battery life (5 hours without use of phone!), heating of screen, long charge time (like 12 hours!) duplicated downloads of email.

This was a complete disaster!  Verizon should have made sure Google ICS was right for their phones. And worse, they say they can't give me back the old operating system!  What a screwed up company!
