Getting "Error Code 500: The server failed to process your request" when using both the web application (via verizonwireless.com on a PC) as well as when the automatic backup tries to run daily on the phone.
Any ideas? I am unable to do anything with the Backup Assistant Plus at this point. It has been doing this for close to a month now.
I have been having the same problem for months. Stayed on the phone with so called Tech Support for over an hour. The issue is still unresolved.Any suggestions please share, Thanks.
