DROID RAZR MAXX
I had all of the same issues posted regarding the latest ICS upgrade. My screen kept coming on, the screen got really warm/hot, and the worst thing is that the battery life was almost nothing.
One morning I found my phone completely dead. I was extremely mad and frustrated 
(I've had it since April and I love this phone!!).
I plugged it in and let it charge completely. After this, my phone is working again!! 
I thought that it was getting hot because of the Otterbox case, but it was not - great! - it was because the phone/screen kept going on.
I'm not sure if this will help anyone else, I sure do hope so!! It was quick and easy.
