5 email messages stuck in outbox -- help?

I use Outlook to run my gmail into MS Office. Main problem is I have 5 messages stuck in my outbox (Outlook).  How do I get rid of them?  Second problem is I don't want to receive gmail on my phone (other than the Outlook account).  How do I get rid of that?  Thanks for any help.............

Lets clear these messages and remove the Gmail email! Regarding the message stuck in your outbox if you hold down on the messages it should give you an option to select and delete them. To delete your Gmail account go to Settings and select the Gmail account. Tap on the email account then the menu key at the bottom left and select remove/delete account. Let us know if this helps
