I got an OTA update the other day, what does this update do?

Allows you to download Flash from the market.  No fixes.

Right! The second part of the 2.2 update FRG22D is only a sort of patch to allow you do download the Flash Player from the market. Although, there has been a BETA version out for sometime which takes up far less memory. You might just want to google the BETA version of FLASH and download it to your phone, as it works just as well as the final release of 10.0.1.0
