I manually installed my update two days ago. At that time, I had access to my full picasa gallery and I was able to go there, pick a picture, and from the settings menu there, turn that into a wallpaper. Now, I can't do that anymore. What could have possibly changed? Is there a way to use an online pic as a wall paper? The first time I did it, I got the little cropping box and it was a simple thing. This phone is the most frustrating electronic gadget I have ever encountered.
