clicked install update, phone looked like it was updating then the M insignia came on, couldn't turn phone off, took out the battery and put back in, insignia came back on, tried charging overnight, now it is completely blank, won't turn on.

What now?

Take out the sd card and try again.

If that doesn't work you can take it into the store (or call tech services 611) for a replacement
