Please help! My touch screen doesn't work while I am using the phone... no voice mail, no lots of things. Verizon tells me to use a different phone to call in to fix this. I don't have a different phone. Have I inadvertently done something to cause this? This is my 3rd Motorola Droid since April. Any help appreciated!
While the phone is powered on, pull the battery out. Then put it back in and turn the phone on.
If that doesn't work you can always try the factory reset.
