Even when I get to the prompt for my Sign In (using the same password that I use online), I get a message saying "Cannot process your request at this moment. Please try later." I've been trying for 6 day!

This fixed the problem for me.
How did you get the update already? I've been looking and checking via my phone but no update yet for me!
Yesterday at about 4 AM EST I went to settings-about then update and it said there was an update available. I tried a few times the previous evening and it said no update available. I'm not sure how or when they release the updates for everyone.
All good after OTA Update...great looking app too.
