Since I started to charge my phone on a dock, the notifications bar only drops down when the phone is sitting on the dock. When the phone is off the dock I see the icons in the notifications bar but the bar won't drop down when I swipe to see the details. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I want you to be able to utilize the convenience of your notifications bar energized67! The ability to access notifications via the dropdown bar shouldn't be affected by the dock. When you take your device off the dock, is it automatically switching out of "dock mode?" How often are you power cycling the the device? Have you tried removing your battery since this first happened? Please let us know how the device responds after these steps. We will figure this out!

I have removed my battery and I have powered on and off. Its not in dock mode when I take it off the dock. Any other suggestions?
