incredible ota from earlier this month

Well when it first was sent it would not let me download the update so i just do it later but i still have not been sent the update yet everyone i know with a incredible has it.  I was wondering if there was a way to have the update pushed to my phone or not?  I have tried the system update and it doesnt show there

My phone did the same do a factory reset it will work it sucks but it works..
