Can someone (talking to you Verizon) please explain why the Inc2 is not supported on htcsense.com? This seems to me like one company limiting another in the services they can provide to their customers.

We do not manage the HTC website at Verizon Wireless. I tried looking up the Thunderbolt as well, and it is not supported either. I would reach out to HTC for inquiries about an HTC website.

I wish I could give you an answer, but I have no resources to look up HTC-specific services.
