how to transfer contact/calendar information from storm to Incredible?

I will be getting my INcredible in a week or so, but need to know if there is a way to transfer contacts/calendar sync with my current storm when I get the Incredible.

Download google sync for blackberry.  http://www.google.com/mobile/sync/
