Help! Never had problems til this week.I can send and receive text and get on the internet without WiFi but when I try to make calls I get a pop up no that says mobile network not available. And when someone tries to call me it goes straight to voice mail.
Never fear, help is here courtneywinchell! Let's get your device back up and running properly. When was the last time you had the ability to make and receive calls? What zip code are you in? Have you attempted to remove/reinsert SIM Card from underneath volume rocker? Please keep us posted, thanks!
