email not syncing

My email for work and personal are not automatically syncing even though that is how i have it set up.

What else could i be missing that needs to be done?

Good afternoon, funnygirl060!

 

I've seen this happen a couple times after a master reset and the fix I've been work has been simply to remove and re-add the email accounts back to the phone.

 

I've included the steps to remove and add the email accounts on the Droid 2.

Is your work email Exchange?   If so, a long-standing issue still waiting for a fix (probably at least partially fixed with the Gingerbread update if/when it comes).

it only started after i had the verizon store do a factory reset on my phone. it was all syncing prior....
