So in the past 3 months I had to purchase a new battery for my phone. I was told by a Verizon rep in a Verizon store that they no longer sell them and to go to a store called batteries plus. This was 2 months ago, I have been using the phone with said new battery since then. My phone froze tonight I took the battery out and put it back in. My phone will no longer charge my battery. Saying it will only charge with an original Motorola battery. How do I get my phone to start charging again?
