No there is no way to get an iphone app on the Droid. My advice would be to try to make an app that is like that. You can put it on the market yourself or even better ask the developer of that app you want to put it in the android market.
What is the distant shores app anyways? I can try to do a search for it if you tell me what it is or what it does.
