Hello incrediable2,
I'm glad that you brought this subject up! I have the same issue when I'm on a plane. I found two great accessories that can solve this issue for you once and for all. Here are the links for you to review.

Both of these accessories are great devices that will suit your needs. I personally own the Motorola P793 power pack & it allowed me to use my device on a 13-hour flight. It also has the micro USB connection, which is compatible with your Incredible 2.
Happy shopping!

There are several external battery chargers available. They can be used to charge as well as power the phone while in use. They can be recharged themselves by using a usb wall connector. The one I have is by a company called Lenmark. It is available from the company and several vendors. One is Amazon I believe. I think I paid about $35 for it It is 5500 amps so there is plenty of power It is a little smaller than the phone butsomewhat thicker. Not inconvenient to carry.
