i have a incredible 2 and when i try to use the camera or camcoder its just a blank black screen, ive restarted the phone, taken the battery out, and cleared the camera cache and still nothing... HELP!

Onehotmamasusieq, the camera is such an important part of phone for me because I use it all the time so I definitely understand how frustrating this is. But don’t worry because I’m here to help!
I’ve researched this and did not find it to be a known reported issue. You mentioned you have rebooted the phone by removing the battery and cleared the camera cache. One more thing you can try is to run the phone in safe mode bit.ly/ruJiUa. Once in safe mode launch the camera and see it works. If you can use the camera while in safe mode the issue is being caused by a third party app you downloaded. You would then need to uninstall all 3rd party apps and add them back one at a time to determine which one is causing the problem.
If you are still having the issue while in safe mode the next step would be a hard reset bit.ly/qp3rQL.
